60-Day Return Policy
We hope you love your purchase, but We understand that some things just don’t work out as planned. That’s why We’ve made our return policy simple and stress-free.
Try any of our Organica Company products for 60 days and send them back for a refund if you are not absolutely thrilled — even if the bottles are empty. No questions asked!
Orders submitted through our website are processed immediately. Cancellations must be received within one hour of submitting your online order. In the event your order has already shipped, you will need to wait until your merchandise is delivered before returning it and receiving your refund.
To avoid return shipping costs on a cancelled order, do not open it. Simply write, “Return to Sender: Refused,” on the outside of the unopened shipment and then drop it off with your postman or at your local post office. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your refund to be processed.
Contact Us to cancel an order.
How to Return Your Order
Your satisfaction is guaranteed or your money back!
Contact Us to initiate a return or request a refund.
Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the issue is due to Our error. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of value in the event your return shipment is lost or damaged. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds and Exchanges
We will notify you via your email address on file once We have received your return.
We will provide one of the following remedies within 1-2 weeks at your request: an exchange of merchandise for the item returned, a credit to the payment card or original method of payment used to pay for the item, a check, or another remedy that we determine in good faith is appropriate in the circumstances.
